The Alaska Educator Retention and Recruitment Center (AERRC), serves as the central organization dedicated to strengthening teacher retention and recruitment efforts statewide. AERRC fosters a collaborative, unified approach to ensure every Alaska community benefits from a stable, effective, and supported educator workforce.

Through strategic partnerships, data-driven solutions, and community engagement, AERRC empowers educators and stakeholders to implement sustainable practices that enrich teaching and learning environments, paving the way for positive student outcomes and a thriving educational landscape for Alaska.

AERRC is administered by the Alaska Council of School Administrators (ACSA).
